📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements • Bridge business needs with technology solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Define and document business requirements • Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) • Implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency • Support successful project delivery in an agile environment • Contribute to critical business initiatives advancing Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management principles • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SQL • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools • Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities • Procure to Pay functional knowledge preferred • Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and JD Edwards preferred • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Travel may be required (5–25% depending on role)
