📋 Description

• Translate complex retirement, asset management, and banking requirements into clear, actionable solutions • Work directly with client stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, model processes, and guide solution design and delivery • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for retirement, asset management, and banking platforms • Conduct JAD/JAR sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews • Resolve conflicting priorities across business and IT teams • Perform GAP analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes • Create process workflows, use cases, wireframes, user stories, and requirement blueprints • Apply activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams to represent processes • Evaluate solution alternatives with architects and developers • Validate proposed solutions against regulatory, compliance, and business objectives • Own and groom the product backlog with product owners • Prioritize requirements and change requests based on business value and delivery capacity • Act as primary liaison between business, operations, and technology teams • Support Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release-readiness activities • Stay current on retirement platforms, recordkeeping systems, policy/plan administration tools, cloud technology, and AI-enabled capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall business analysis / consulting experience • Minimum of 5+ years focused on financial services, specifically retirement services, asset management, or banking • Demonstrated experience with regulatory and compliance-driven projects impacting retirement, asset management, or banking operations • Working knowledge of core financial services platforms and processes, including policy/plan administration systems, billing, claims, underwriting, or core banking modules • Direct project experience with relevant financial services platforms and processes • Experience supporting large-scale platform implementations or modernization programs, including core system replacements, third-party integrations, or data migration initiatives, within regulated financial environments • Requirements elicitation, GAP analysis, and AS-IS / TO-BE process documentation • Backlog management, user story writing, and prioritization within Agile/Scrum frameworks • Stakeholder management across business, operations, and technology functions • Familiarity with REST APIs, data mapping, and third-party system integrations • Strong judgment to validate and challenge AI-assisted or automated outputs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team across time zones • Ability to deliver results under deadline pressure while adapting to evolving scope and priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required
