📋 Description

• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency • Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance • Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights • Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models • Support data-driven decision-making • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing • Help define and execute business strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience • Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation • Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting • Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred) • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
