📋 Description

• Designing the governance model for cloud partner enablement programs globally. • Building end-to-end cloud certification and onboarding journeys tailored to partner needs. • Orchestrating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing. • Establishing scalable processes supporting cloud GTM motions and partner growth. • Defining operational frameworks ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution discipline. • Measuring program performance and driving continuous improvement through data insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background. • Have 8+ years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations. • Have experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics comprehensively. • Have experience designing partner journeys in complex cloud environments. • Work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across functions. • Leverage data and metrics to ensure accountability while delivering measurable impact on business outcomes.
