📋 Description

• Leading technical integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of ZTS services for enterprise customers. • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure the value and usability of our products. • Collaborating with internal teams to address intricate technical challenges, documenting resolutions, developing technical materials, and fostering knowledge exchange within the group. • Participating in pre-sales activities as needed (e.g., technical workshops, POCs).

🎯 Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of experience in web application or network security deployment, or supporting security solutions within an IT vendor environment. • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Security and Zero Trust principles, expertise in VPN and proxy technologies. • Have experience with cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). • Demonstrate expertise in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS. • Demonstrate expertise in authentication technologies and methods, including SAML, OIDC, and identity providers. • Demonstrate expertise with Layer 3 and Layer 4 networking technologies and scripting using Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar tools. • Demonstrate expertise in at least one web development language or framework while ensuring high-quality implementation. • Demonstrate exceptional consulting and client management abilities; present intricate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
