📋 Description

• Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team • Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning • Turn insights into shipped product value • Define and track product health metrics such as activation, adoption, and retention • Partner with user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics stakeholders • Operate as a triad with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer • Balance near-term ROI with long-term product bets • Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle practices • Translate authentication and identity trends into product tactics • Shape secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication • Incubate developer-friendly CLIs and integrations • Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and compliance • Communicate decisions, document trade-offs, and align teams around measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS • Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss APIs, CLIs, and AI authentication protocols with engineers • Generalist mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity and context-switching • Exceptional communication skills across business, legal, and engineering • Expertise or ability to develop expertise in authentication and identity for consumer and business segments
