• Identification and quantification of optimization measures to improve competitiveness and profitability • Lead techno-commercial discussions in client meetings and workshops • Coordinate feasibility studies with our experts in Engineering, Wind & Site and other areas • Ensure optimization measures are implemented before bid/tender deadlines • Contribute to the further development of our optimization methods, processes and playbooks
• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Economics with a technical focus, or equivalent • Several years of professional experience in wind energy or related fields (project development, technical sales, product management, consulting, tendering) • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of technical and commercial interdependencies • Confident presence in customer-facing techno-commercial discussions • Proactive, structured, and experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments • Very good English and German skills
