📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for leading the business unit from both technical and commercial perspectives • Lead the business unit in accordance with management guidelines and the philosophy of management and cost accounting principles • Strategic and operational responsibility for personnel, sales/commercial and financial development • Monitoring and control of all processes • Disciplinary leadership of employees within the business unit • Responsibility for all technical and commercial operations • Oversight and management of technical and strategic projects • Participation in tender negotiations, including independently preparing cost estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience in a similar position, ideally in the insulation or fire protection sectors • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic understanding • Excellent communication skills, decisiveness and assertiveness • Experience in project management and client support
