📋 Description

• Proactive and reliable stakeholder management and ongoing relationship maintenance with landowners, municipal representatives and cooperation partners • Negotiation and conclusion of land-use agreements for site areas, cable corridors and access routes, as well as compensation/offset areas • Negotiation of urban development agreements • Organization and leadership of information events for landowners, residents and municipal representatives • Documentation and reporting of project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational or professional qualification in planning, technical or commercial disciplines and extensive professional experience in area acquisition for renewable energy projects in Germany • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience negotiating land-use agreements for greenfield projects; ideally also experience with repowering projects • Experience in securing sites and route corridors, including obtaining consents/permissions from public authorities and other public-interest bodies • Confidence, strong communication skills, negotiation expertise and cost awareness • Independent, structured and proactive working style, plus teamwork and a strong commitment • Class B driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (up to 50% of working time)
