📋 Description

• You maintain customer relationships and coordinate sales activities together with the regional sales teams. • You build and expand a global supplier network for components and services related to substations. • You collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Project Execution to align supplier capabilities with project requirements. • You identify synergies between regions and leverage them to optimize cost structures and delivery times. • You ensure successful project execution in terms of budget, schedule and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field. • Proven leadership experience in the energy sector, ideally in substations or grid infrastructure. • Deep knowledge of the technical, commercial and regulatory requirements for substation projects. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinking and a strong track record of execution. • Business‑fluent German and English.
