📋 Description

• You strategically align the HSE organization for Service in Germany and Austria • You provide technical leadership to the Service HSE Managers and strengthen collaboration between first- and second-level support • You act as the appointed Occupational Health and Safety Officer for Service • You develop HSE processes end-to-end, taking into account both internal and legal requirements • You advise and support Service Management on all HSE matters • You contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and to the continuous improvement of the HSE management system • You implement HSE customer requirements and conduct internal and external audits and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in a technical-industrial environment • Solid knowledge of relevant standards, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team • Structured working style and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Austria
