📋 Description

• You are jointly responsible for all in-store operations • You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team • You coordinate daily business activities in consultation with the Shop Manager • You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results • You support and assist the Shop Manager • You inspire and motivate the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business mindset • Great interest in fashion and a good sense for trends • Absolute team player • Good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
