📋 Description

• Develop and implement health, safety and environmental (HSE) plans in accordance with legal requirements and company policies • Conduct risk analyses, safety assessments and hazard evaluations • Organize and deliver safety briefings and training for employees • Monitor compliance with safety standards through regular audits and inspections • Investigate incidents and derive preventive measures • Create and maintain safety documentation and reports • Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Additional qualification as a Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, §7 ASiG) desirable • Several years of professional experience in occupational safety / EHS • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV, ISO 45001) • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with EHS management systems
