📋 Description

• Independently handle support and consulting inquiries from our partners on EDI and EAI topics • Analyze business and technical requirements, assess feasibility, and implement suitable EDI solutions • Implement standardized and customized EDI processes and interfaces for stakeholders in transport logistics, warehousing logistics, and internal systems • Independently plan, manage, and implement EDI projects, particularly the onboarding of new EDI partners and interfaces • Configure, conduct, and document tests, and support commissioning and go-live • Develop and maintain mappings and conversions in the EDI converter • Analyze and resolve incidents and errors in ongoing EDI operations • Optimize existing EDI processes and interfaces • Work closely with business departments, internal IT teams, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT training, such as vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in IT or a related field, or comparable practical experience in EDI • Professional experience in an EDI environment, as well as experience planning and implementing EDI projects • Strong knowledge of converting and processing various message and data formats, particularly EDIFACT (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, IFTMIN, and IFCSUM), XML, SAP IDoc and SAP XML, CSV, and JSON • Good understanding of technical communication methods and interfaces, such as AS2, SFTP, HTTP, and APIs • Experience developing mappings with an EDI converter; knowledge of Lobster_data is an advantage • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases • Programming skills in Java development are an advantage • Analytical and structured approach to work, combined with strong problem-solving skills • Confident and friendly manner when dealing directly with our partners • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
