📋 Description

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the consulting team in ITSM, IAM, and ITOM, including employee reviews and targeted professional development • Take responsibility for workforce planning, candidate selection, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding • Manage resources and capacity, including prioritization, task allocation, and utilization • Provide technical and organizational support to Key Account Management and Partner Management, including the assignment of suitable consultants • Receive and assess technical inquiries related to ManageEngine and coordinate their handling within the team • Represent the ManageEngine portfolio to customers, partners, and at events • Help shape the company’s strategy and market presence • Further develop consulting and support services relating to ManageEngine

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of disciplinary and technical leadership experience in a customer-facing technical team • Several years of hands-on experience in presales, IT consulting, professional services, or technical support, ideally on the systems integrator or vendor side • In-depth knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, networking, and IT security • Demonstrated experience in employee development and in managing resources and priorities • Strong presentation and communication skills when working with sales teams, customers, partners, vendors, and technical specialists • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to travel within Germany, with travel accounting for no more than 15% of the annual working time on average
