📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and strategies • Keep delivery teams aligned with project objectives and deadlines • Act as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle • Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, resolve blockers, and escalate issues • Own project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet client expectations • Allocate tasks based on team capacity and skill sets • Organize and facilitate sprints and contribute to solutioning discussions • Prepare progress reports, status updates, and stakeholder documentation • Identify process improvements and implement project-management best practices • Define and roll out delivery methodologies and supporting tooling • Drive on-time task completion and service excellence • Support the team throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct project reviews and report progress and key risks to clients • Coordinate with other departments on current and upcoming projects • Schedule, lead, and document client discovery and follow-up meetings • Facilitate team communication for successful, on-time project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience delivering projects on time and within budget • 2+ years of hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects • Proven experience working with Azure DevOps • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across multidisciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong stakeholder and client management skills • Advanced English level required for working with US clients
