📋 Description

• Own delivery strategy across multiple client accounts and scopes in parallel • Set priorities and resolve conflicts between competing timelines • Serve as senior point of contact for project health, timeline tracking, and status reporting • Build, maintain, and proactively adjust project timelines • Flag risks and reprioritize as deadlines and client needs change • Lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, including internal stakeholders, Product Managers, and external UX, wireframe, and visual identity agency partners • Manage relationships with Latin American clients and adapt communication and delivery to regional and cultural nuances • Conduct visual and functional QA on Figma files • Manage Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud workflows • Anticipate downstream impacts and surface risks before escalation • Negotiate timelines, scope, and priorities with stakeholders and agency partners • Adapt to shifting priorities, client demands, and organizational change

🎯 Requirements

• Lead-level Project Management experience beyond Senior • Proven ability to run multiple clients/projects simultaneously • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud; required • Proven experience managing multiple clients and scopes in parallel • Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams • Experience working specifically with Latin American clients • Familiarity with Figma, including hands-on visual and functional QA • Experience creating and maintaining project timelines in fast-moving, multi-client environments • Professional fluency in Portuguese is a nice-to-have • Adaptability, flexibility, communication, and negotiation skills across cultures and stakeholder levels
