📋 Description

• Review and manage submittals and shop drawings • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors via calls and emails • Assist with general project management tasks as needed • Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines • Maintain organized documentation and project records in Procore • Support project management and construction coordination for a US-based construction company • Work independently with minimal training while coordinating closely with project teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar construction role • Solid background in the construction industry • Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, shop drawings, and industry processes • Required proficiency with Procore • Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding or training • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills in English • Intel 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor for Windows, or M2 processor for Mac • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Stable internet connection of 25–50 Mbps minimum • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
