• Own the number, carry a target for net-new recurring revenue and close it • Choose target accounts, fill the pipeline from various networks • Lead with data and AI, handle commercial qualification, business case, negotiation and close • Orchestrate the team, keep everyone aligned around the account • Maintain clean records in HubSpot, contribute to a repeatable sales rhythm
• Five or more years winning net-new B2B enterprise business in a closing role • Enterprise credibility: comfortable running long, multi-stakeholder pursuits and holding your own at C-level • Consultative, value-based selling • Comfort co-selling: own the commercial pursuit while tech teams own the depth • Fluency in German and English, in writing and in presentations • Solid command of a CRM, preferably HubSpot • Willingness to travel for the business
