• Work with legal teams, preferred CIR providers and clients to develop strategy for handling exfiltrated data, from initial identification and analysis, through review, extraction, normalization and notification • Support legal teams throughout the CIR process in the rigorous application of statistical sampling, search term calibration and other related analytics • Coordinate with legal teams and vendors to scope and support review and extraction of sensitive data by teams of contract personnel • Work with legal teams and CIR providers to analyze and report on key metrics regarding the exfiltrated data types and sources • Analyze reviewer productivity metrics • Support and update documentation supporting key actions taken throughout the project
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of three years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, technology assisted review and project management • Advanced Excel skills required • Relativity experience required • Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills • Experience with discovery involving complex structured and unstructured data • Understanding of sensitive data elements including PII, PHI and GDPR • Experience with applying technology and data mining techniques to identify and classify data • Familiar with database concepts and technologies, such as MS SQL, Access and Oracle preferred but not required • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau preferred but not required • Ability to handle simultaneous projects with consistently high quality results • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to closely adhere to procedures and exercise good judgment in sensitive and stressful situations.
