🎯 Requirements
• 3-6 years of People Operations experience at a startup or scale-up • Operational precision and follow-through • Experience supporting a globally distributed team • Strong analytical and systems thinking • An empathetic mindset with excellent communication skills • Nice to have: Admin-level experience with Remote, Justworks, or Deel; Familiarity with 15Five or comparable performance management platform; Familiarity with global HRIS platforms such as ChartHop, Lattice, or Hibob; Experience with Ashby or similar ATS.
