• Notable is transforming homeowner finance by helping homeowners maximize their property value. • We are seeking a Director of Sales - Service Pros to join our growing Service Professional vertical. • You'd immediately focus on building the Service Pros pipeline with warm and cold outreach, qualifying these leads and closing a high volume of deals. • This role will report directly to Chief Growth Officer and is a full-time, remote role. • You will have begun driving loan volume from service professionals in collaboration with our internal Onboarding partner.
• 7+ years of successful full-cycle, consultative sales experience in the Service Professional, Home Improvement, or Home Lending industries • 1+ years managing a sales team • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales goals and driving results in competitive environments • Experience selling new products into established industries with demonstrated ability to navigate market challenges • Strong collaboration skills with internal Sales and Product teams, incorporating customer feedback into product iteration • High emotional intelligence with proven ability to influence and win over stakeholders • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives • Analytical approach leveraging CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to extract insights and inform go-to-market strategy • Experience with pipeline building and prospecting in B2B sales environments
