• 3-5 years of experience in leading a sales team within a culture of personal accountability. • Proven experience in consultative selling and the development of complete, profitable sales solutions. • Strong capability in commercial data analysis and identification of market trends. • Experience in strategic thinking and operational/tactical execution.
