📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons • Own attribution, including end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking • Build server-side integrations with ad platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API • Write and debug backend code in Python/Node, including endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering • Support A/B testing through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup • Investigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution • Monitor and optimize public page speed and Core Web Vitals • Participate in planning, grooming, code reviews, sprints, and releases

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React • Ability to work independently on the backend with Python and Node.js, including endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging • Experience with analytics and tracking: GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery • Understanding how data travels from click to report and ability to locate data leaks/loss • Product mindset: working with metrics and hypotheses rather than just closing tickets • English proficiency • Nice to have: GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public pages • Nice to have: Headless WordPress • Nice to have: End-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress • Nice to have: SQL and BigQuery • Nice to have: CDN and edge caching (CloudFront or similar) • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Sentry and handling production errors • Remote work
