📋 Description

• Creating a cross functionally aligned market access strategy • Optimizing the access environment for launch and inline brands • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive payer coverage and affordability • Partnering with internal subject matter experts • Executing access strategies in partnership with broader Market Access • Working with Novartis Public Affairs team to assess implications of new policy changes • Ensuring leadership is well-informed of Market Access opportunities and challenges • Coordinating rapid assessments of emergent business questions • Developing industry-leading frameworks, tools, and resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Pharm D, Health Policy or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience • People management and development experience highly preferred • Thorough understanding, knowledge of and experience with US healthcare dynamics • Ability to analyze complex business issues and trends • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills • Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills • Inspirational leadership with high level of self-awareness and curiosity • Proven results-oriented approach • Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred
