📋 Description

• Creating and implementing a comprehensive sales and organizational strategy for the designated industry segment, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of sales and technical representatives by setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded. • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and potential customers. • Understanding client needs and deliver tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty. • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. • Using insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics. • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives. • Leading negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and/or correlated areas • MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in the Biologicals in Agriculture • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools • Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills as a results-driven, strategic thinker • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
