• Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives for the New Zealand ruminant portfolio. • Develop and implement the New Zealand ruminant sales strategy aligned with Oceania and APAC priorities. • Manage direct and indirect sales through distributors, agents, and key accounts. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, feed mills and premixers, KOLs, nutritionists, and veterinarians. • Establish, manage, and coach distributors and sales consultants. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide timely feedback to senior management. • Collaborate with Technical Services and Marketing to support product positioning and customer engagement. • Organize and support seminars, industry events, and promotional activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. • Complete required sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or related field. • 8–10+ years of experience in ruminant nutrition, animal health, or related agribusiness. • Proven success in senior sales or sales management roles. • Strong understanding of the New Zealand dairy or ruminant relevant industry and market dynamics.
