• Work remotely, reporting to Australia Sales • Responsible for sales and customer development success for selected customers and prospects • Present, promote, renew and sell Supply Chain Efficiency and Food Safety and Quality solutions • Segment assigned customers and create a structured approach to account management • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers • Provide feedback regarding customer needs to Product Management, Marketing and other teams • Keep all customer and activity information live and up-to-date in Salesforce • Travel required to meet with customers as needed
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development • Proven experience in the food or agribusiness sectors is highly valued • Ability to develop and execute account plans • Knowledge of software platforms frequently used by medium and large enterprises • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish strong and trusted relationships with customers and prospects • Excellent at managing time, priorities, and tasks • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Suite applications and Salesforce • Ability to work independently while being a team player
