📋 Description

• Provide technical support to sales team and customers in defined geographies of India. • Conduct research and field trials. • Respond to customer’s technical issues and recommend solutions. • Cooperate with R&D to improve products focusing on customer service, product development and species programs for region. • Partner with Sales team members and distributors to provide technical support in meetings with customers. • Assist in identifying additional sales opportunities. • Recommend products and solutions to meet customer requirements. • Conduct product demonstrations. • Conduct and follow up on market research, field and customer trials. • Document trial outcomes and experimental results. • Develop training materials & train sales team members, distributors and customers on technical concepts & products. • Contribute to update and generate product documentation (data sheet, TRS, product presentation, training material) in coordination with Marketing. • Maintain close relationships across university and research institutes to build technical network to support customers and sales teams. • Coordinate with R&D to provide information and product ideas. • Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Veterinary or Animal Nutrition • Minimum 5 years of experience in animal nutrition companies /technical services • Strong working knowledge of current dairy market trends and application systems • Strong understanding of animal nutrition, genetics, and farm management practices • Demonstrated technical skills in conducting field trials and assessing outcomes • Fluent in Local Language. • Fluent in English.
