• Provide technical support to sales team and customers in defined geographies of South West & Central India. • Conduct research and field trials. • Respond to customer’s technical issues and recommend solutions. • Cooperate with R&D to improve products focusing on customer service, product development and species programs • Partner with Sales team members and distributors to provide technical support in meetings with customers. • Conduct product demonstrations. • Develop training materials & train sales team members, distributors and customers on technical concepts & products.
• Master’s degree in Veterinary or Animal Nutrition • Minimum 3 years of experience in animal nutrition companies. • Strong understanding of animal nutrition, genetics, and farm management practices. • Demonstrated technical skills in conducting field trials and corresponding technical writing of trial reports and protocols • Demonstrated skills in evaluating and diagnosing farm situations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation skills • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
