📋 Description

• Perform accounting office routines with technical autonomy and actively participate in process improvements, workflow standardization, automation of routines and use of technology • Classification, journal entries and account reconciliations • Preparation and review of financial statements • Support for monthly accounting close • Analysis and submission of ECD and ECF filings (Lucro Presumido - Presumed Profit regime) • Provide accounting service and support to clients • Participate in the creation, review and enhancement of accounting processes and workflows • Support automation initiatives and use of technological tools • Organize documents and manage accounting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with accounting office routines in an accounting firm • Currently enrolled in or graduated with a degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting procedures • Intermediate level Excel skills • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with a continuous improvement mindset • Familiarity with the SCI Novo Único Visual system (currently migrating to domain)
