• Manage client relationships and lead integrated digital marketing strategies • Define and execute SEO, Content, and Paid Media plans • Plan, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns • Guide and oversee the creation, implementation, and performance of landing pages • Conduct competitive analyses, SEO studies/audits, and keyword research • Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, and conversion) and produce reports • Work closely with content, design, and development teams • Lead meetings, presentations, training sessions, and contract renewals • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Ensure delivery quality, adherence to deadlines, and organized project management • Monitor digital marketing and AI trends
• Experience managing digital marketing accounts, preferably within Customer Success or Client Services teams • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) • Practical experience with Paid Media execution and performance analysis • Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach • Experience designing and implementing paid and organic traffic acquisition strategies
