📋 Description
• Manage projects from briefing and creative development through pre-production, shoot, post-production and final delivery • Coordinate production partners, directors, photographers, editors, post-production houses and other external suppliers • Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables and approvals • Support the Founder and Client Partner across the day-to-day running of the account • Manage client communications, meetings, status updates and follow-ups where required • Keep projects organised and ensure nothing gets missed • Anticipate problems, dependencies and next steps before they become issues • Take ownership of actions and drive them forward without needing to be asked • Maintain an exceptionally high standard of written communication, presentations and client-facing materials
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of work experience • Significant experience delivering creative production for global brands and clients • Ideally, experience within a creative agency, production company or similar environment • Understanding of large, multi-market campaigns • Strong understanding of pre-production, shoots, post-production, asset delivery and production processes • Comfortable with senior clients; confident, professional and solutions-focused • Excellent spoken and written English, spelling and grammar • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Proactive, tenacious, highly organised and detail-oriented
