📋 Description

• Provide specialized technical support by phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing system • Monitor, manage, and resolve technical tickets, ensuring compliance with service-level agreement (SLA) deadlines and user satisfaction • Install and configure the ERP system in client-server environments • Record requests and document solutions while keeping the internal Knowledge Base up to date • Work with the Development/IT team to resolve complex incidents, identify bugs, and implement improvements • Alert management to potential risks or crises involving clients and suggest process improvements • Assist with basic maintenance of databases and operating systems related to ERP usage

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience providing support for ERP systems • Knowledge of SQL • Proficiency in electronic tax document processes, including issuing NF-e, NFC-e, and NFS-e documents, as well as installing digital certificates • Strong programming logic and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to resolve questions from customers who use the systems • Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and grow with the team • Knowledge of SPED Fiscal preferred • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, including hardware, networks, printer configuration, and Windows preferred • Currently pursuing or completed a higher education degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field preferred
