📋 Description

• Prospect for opportunities and monitor the publication of tender notices/calls for bids; • Evaluate technical, commercial, and legal criteria of public and private tenders to prepare proposals; • Gather internal information from technical teams, engineering, planning, legal, and finance departments; • Draft and structure technical specifications, execution methodologies, schedules, and team compositions; • Provide technical clarifications, participate in alignment meetings, and liaise with consortia or subcontractors; • Monitor proposal evaluation processes, respond to requests for clarification, make adjustments, and participate in technical defenses when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Commercial Management; • Ability to interpret technical and commercial documents; • Knowledge of engineering projects (infrastructure, environmental, technical consulting, etc.); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (advanced level); • Familiarity with ABNT standards.
