📋 Description

• Own and grow Nucs AI’s portfolio of strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical companies, and imaging networks • Serve as the face of Nucs AI in partner relationships—embodying the company’s mission, values, and clinical credibility in every interaction • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive clinical data access, product adoption, co-development opportunities, and revenue • Negotiate partnership agreements, data access arrangements, and collaboration frameworks in coordination with legal and medical teams • Take ownership of externally-facing projects and customer engagements—ensuring deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met or exceeded • Track partnership health metrics, project milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve risks before they become issues • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product roadmap, clinical strategy, and competitive positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or senior account management in the medical imaging, theranostics, medical AI, nuclear medicine, or oncology space • An exceptional networker with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and institutional decision-makers • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder external projects from inception through delivery—on time, on scope, and to a high standard • Elite communication and presentation skills; you represent a company with polish, authenticity, and authority in any room • Strong commercial acumen; experience guiding partnership and go-to-market strategy at an early-stage or growth-stage company • A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment • Deeply collaborative with zero ego; your success is measured by what the company achieves through the relationships you build, not by personal attribution • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field • Bonus Points: Existing, activatable relationships in medical imaging, nuclear medicine, oncology, or radioligand therapy ecosystems.
