📋 Description

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers • Serve as the domain expert with customers from planning calls through implementation • Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI/HPC projects • Provide handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers as customers begin rolling out sophisticated systems • Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements • Work across networking, system design, and automation while serving as the customer-facing technical expert

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products • Knowledge and experience with AI Factory / HPC • Linux system administration, process management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimization • Experience with cluster management technologies • Scripting proficiency • Ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues • Excellent verbal and written English skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask with limited supervision • Experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, or PBS • Industry-standard Linux certifications are a plus • InfiniBand or Ethernet experience is a plus • Experience with GPU-focused hardware/software is a plus • Experience with MPI is a plus • Automation tooling background with Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or similar is a plus
