📋 Description

• Lead the delivery and creation of technical content supporting NVIDIA's channel partners • Develop and deliver technical training workshops for a large EMEA channel community focused on selling NVIDIA AI enterprise solutions • Partner with Solutions Architect leaders, partner organization, sales, product, and technical marketing teams • Conduct face-to-face and remote training sessions for NVIDIA customers and partners • Support development of training materials based on NVIDIA AI and data centre technologies • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to draft course proposals aligned with market trends and customer requirements • Train internal and external team members to deliver specific workshop sessions • Build engaging lab-based training with diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises for the EMEA Channel landscape • Integrate key NVIDIA solution features into project-based learning experiences • Support development of instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials • Support interpersonal aspects of training and workshop delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 75% • Proficiency in delivering training and presentations • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to partner audiences • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement accelerated computing solutions • Familiarity with SLURM, Kubernetes, Docker containers, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, AWS, Azure, and GCP • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field • Minimum 8+ years of technical field experience • At least 5 years in data center-related technologies supporting AI, such as storage, networking, or accelerated computing • Training delivery experience required • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English • Ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization • Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for technical selling audiences • Proven experience in Field Engineering or Solutions Architect roles • Experience optimizing workloads with GPUs, including CUDA, CuDNN, and TensorRT
