📋 Description

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers • Act as the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation • Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI Factory projects • Work across networking, system design, and automation while serving as the face to the customer • Prepare handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers • Provide customer support as sophisticated AI systems are rolled out • Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers • Experience solving problems for hardware and software products • Knowledge of Linux operating system administration, process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, performance reporting, optimization, and logging • Knowledge and experience with data center network products and protocols • Knowledge and experience with data center monitoring solutions • Ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues • Excellent verbal and written English skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask with limited supervision • NVIDIA certification such as AI Infrastructure and Operations, AI Infrastructure, or AI Operations, or equivalent (listed as a way to stand out) • Kubernetes experience (listed as a way to stand out) • Experience with AI-focused GPU hardware or training/inferencing software (listed as a way to stand out) • Scripting/automation tooling background (listed as a way to stand out) • Industry-standard data center certifications (listed as a way to stand out)
