📋 Description
• Ensure the smooth administrative and quality operation of the CFA / training organization • Monitor regulatory obligations and manage administrative workflows • Deploy and monitor quality processes (Qualiopi) • Organize and secure examinations • Continuously improve our processes and structure the tools • Supervise an administrative profile (apprentice/junior)
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a training organization or a regulated environment • Strong understanding of administrative and quality-related issues • Organized and detail-oriented • Autonomous with the ability to manage multiple projects
🏖️ Benefits
• Fixed gross salary of €2,700 per month + variable up to 10% annually based on objectives • Predominantly remote work with occasional travel for exams and seminars • Standard working conditions: 5 days/week, weekends off
