📋 Description

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process • Draft and post job ads • Screen incoming resumes • Conduct telephone screenings with candidates • Schedule interviews and assessment sessions • Conduct interviews and select candidates • Collect required administrative documents • Contribute to hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources • Team-oriented and comfortable with remote work • Ability to act decisively and work autonomously • Strong proficiency with digital tools • Available for a full-time 6-month internship
