📋 Description

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process • Write and publish job postings • Screen incoming CVs/resumes • Conduct phone calls with candidates • Arrange interview invitations and assessment sessions • Conduct interviews and select candidates • Collect required administrative documents • Contribute to hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or training in Human Resources (HR) • Fluency in French required • Team player and comfortable working remotely • Ability to act decisively, make an impact quickly, and work independently • Proficient with digital tools • Available full-time for 6 months
