📋 Description

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process • Draft and publish job advertisements • Screen incoming CVs/resumes • Conduct phone calls with candidates • Arrange interview invitations and selection sessions • Conduct interviews and select candidates • Collect required administrative documents • Contribute to hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources • Team spirit and comfortable with remote work • Ability to make an immediate impact and work autonomously • Proficiency with digital tools • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship
