• Drive sales activity as it relates to new business opportunities and customer diversification • Establish and nurture new customer relationships • Support and execute our Go to Market strategy • Participate in specified industry conferences on national, regional and local basis • Collaborate with Marketing Department in leading proposals, presentations, RFPs and other collateral materials as required • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and service partners
• College degree or equivalent work experience required • Minimum seven (7) years business development experience in relevant sales role within industry • Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients • Prior familiarity with assigned territory • Demonstrated Sales and Leadership skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prospective client relocation policies and contract documents • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
