• 1–3 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or account management • Track record of winning new business, growing accounts, and managing renewals • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Confident building relationships at all levels, including executives • Adaptable and great with people from all walks of life • Tech-Savvy • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experienced with CRMs, sales enablement tools, and digital platforms • Active on LinkedIn and other business-facing social media
