📋 Description
• Own and evolve O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions. • Lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions. • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues. • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions. • Ensure platform availability, performance and security. • Lead incident management and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements. • Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations. • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. • Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 7+ years of IT experience, including Enterprise Content Management platforms. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations). • Experience leading or coordinating distributed / offshore teams. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms in a global environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English. • Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems). • Knowledge of data governance and records management practices.
