📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Sell the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? experience by explaining how we make junk disappear effortlessly • Answer customer questions and convert inquiries into bookings • All new agents must be available for comprehensive training • Join a team led by a team leader to learn and advance

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada and residing in Ontario • Fully bilingual in French and English • Highly customer-friendly phone manner • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable learning new technologies and typing proficiency (minimum 25 words per minute) • Quiet workspace at home, fast and reliable internet connection, and a capable computer with at least 8 GB of RAM • Wired (Ethernet) connection required • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or other relevant fields is an asset
