• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules. • Architect complex application systems in cloud environments using modern technologies. • Lead agile projects — from strategic planning and architecture to successful implementation at the client site. • Develop and implement innovative strategies across varied client projects. • Apply your expertise in the combined role of consultant and architect. • Grow and develop your team in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant area. • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules. • Experience leading project teams, including both business and technical responsibility. • Extensive knowledge of enterprise software architectures and integration of D365 systems. • Open attitude toward using AI-supported technologies to optimize processes. • Nice-to-have: Experience with the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. • Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form, plus strong communication and leadership skills.
