📋 Description

• Strategic management and development of an assigned client portfolio • Proactive identification of growth opportunities as well as cross- and upselling possibilities • Independent responsibility for pitches and proposal processes • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication • Close collaboration with internal specialist departments • Preparation and presentation of reports and decision-making documents • Contract and terms negotiations • Relationship management at the decision-maker level

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the digital field (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting) • Strong rhetorical skills and excellent communication abilities • Strong business acumen and a talent for strategic consulting • An eye for compelling presentations and design • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies • Fluent German, spoken and written (C2); good English is an advantage • Independent, reliable and target-oriented working style • Openness to hybrid working and willingness to work on-site at least 2 days per week
