• Responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of partner management. • Build and maintain a strong partner network as well as a joint market and customer approach. • Plan, manage and execute partner activities such as trade shows, webinars, workshops, presentations and campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads. • Attend Microsoft events, Partner Days and industry networks. • Responsible for lead generation, qualification and handover of leads to the sales team. • Conduct meetings with partners and prospects. • Responsible for achieving partner certifications. • Report relevant KPIs to Sales Management and Executive Management.
• Several years of experience in partner management, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Deep understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and cloud technologies. • Strong communication and networking skills with an excellent and persuasive presence. • Strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of motivation to drive company growth. • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level).
