📋 Description

• The Back Office Administrator plays a central role in store operations. • The position ensures that administrative processes, orders and internal workflows are executed efficiently, accurately and on time. • Recording, maintaining and tracking orders and assignments as part of a structured order management process across various manufacturers • Administrative handling of daily store and sales operations including internal coordination • Supporting the sales team in preparing proposal documents, clarifying orders and organizing sales projects • Professional communication with manufacturers, suppliers and internal interfaces (e.g., sales, purchasing, logistics) • Maintaining and updating customer, project and order data in relevant systems (CRM/ERP) • Coordinating delivery dates, tracking deviations and resolving queries • Structured documentation and audit-proof filing of all order- and project-related documents • Ensuring accuracy, completeness and high data quality in all administrative and sales-related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in back office, administration, order management or internal sales • Strong organizational skills and a very structured, precise and reliable working style • High sense of responsibility and a strong quality orientation in administrative processes • Enjoy working with sales teams in a project-oriented sales environment • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with ERP systems and CRM applications is an advantage • Very good German written and spoken, English skills desirable
